1. Introduction & Company Status

These Terms govern all electrical, kitchen, bathroom, bespoke wardrobe, and design installation services rendered by BORAQ PROPERTY CARE LTD (Company #14471795), registered at Radcliffe House, Blenheim Court, Solihull, England, B91 2AA.

2. 6-Month Workmanship Guarantee

All physical installations carry our 6-Month Workmanship Guarantee from date of sign-off. Any defect arising strictly from faulty installation craftsmanship will be remedied free of charge upon technical audit. Manufacturer parts retain their independent warranties.

3. Quotations & Finance Terms

Quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days. All finance plans are subject to creditworthiness and status checks conducted by our FCA-regulated lending partners.

4. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms reduces consumer statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
